Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DO FREE RETURNS; CHARGES APPLY.

Return Window: You have the option to return items within 30 days of receipt, unless a longer return period is specified on the specific product page.

Conditions: Items must include all original parts/packaging and show only normal handling. Hygiene products must be thoroughly cleaned.

Process: To start a return, email info@sebavux.com with your order number and reason. Add photos of the product when it is damaged.

Return Address: Do not send returns to the sender address. We will provide the address of our central warehouse upon request.

Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to Sebavux's error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Right of Withdrawal: While you have a 14-day legal right to withdraw, we extend this to a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind (or longer, depending on the specific product).

Cancellations: Because we use an automated system, orders cannot be interrupted once placed. You must receive the goods first and then return them.
